I've noticed that my daughter has started wearing a belly button ring with a dangling silver marijuana leaf. She used to wear a belly ring with dangling cherry charms; she told me that symbolized her virginity. Ever since she lost her virginity, she has yet to wear the cherries.
It's really not her nature to want to get high, but I have caught her smoking cigarettes a few times. Why would she wear the belly ring if she weren't smoking pot?

Is a yellow stone appropriate for a promise ring?
It's white gold, has a fairly large pillow cut Citrine stone, surrounded by tiny diamonds. My boyfriend and i both like it, but i am not sure if it qualifies for a "promise ring"
